Full-day workshop
As a physician leader, you play a key role in
engaging physicians in focusing on quality and safety. This 1-day workshop will provide a foundation in quality improvement methods, including an
overview of Lean and Clinical Practice Redesign (aka
Advanced or Improved Access) principles, and allow you to explore the
opportunities and challenges of engaging physicians in quality
improvement.
