The Canadian Conference on Physician Leadership has negotiated special rates at The Westin Ottawa, 11 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa ON K1N 9H4

Single/double occupancy: $207 (standard room)

For those participants who wish to extend their stay in Ottawa, this special rate is available from 7 April 2012 to 16 April 2012.

Note: Hotel reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to obtain the conference rate.

To book your room, contact The Westin Ottawa (800 937-8461) and indicate that you are making a reservation for the Canadian Conference on Physician Leadership. You may also book your accommodation online.

The cut-off date for reservations is 19 March 2012. Thereafter, rooms will be released back to the hotel. Further requests for hotel rooms will be based on availability and the hotel is under no obligation to guarantee the negotiated rate after the cut-off date. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Cancellations can be made up until 4 pm EST on the scheduled day of arrival without penalty. Thereafter, there will be a cancellation fee of one night's stay. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
