Conflict Resolution — This new publication from the CSPE and Mediated Solutions Incorporated, is a collection of articles from the CSPE newsletter. This practical, insightful advice will help the proactive physician executive recognize conflict, use facilitated processes strategically, engage key players and maintain peace in the workplace.

Negotiating a Successful Contract — The CSPE frequently receives requests for information and resources to help our members negotiate a successful contract. As such, we have put together a series of articles on contracts, how and what to negotiate, mistakes to avoid, SERPs, and more.

Engaging Doctors in Leadership: What we can learn from international experience and research evidence — In this new summary document, Chris Ham and Helen Dickinson conclude, "The NHS has an opportunity... to become an exemplar in medical leadership.... [However,] the education and development of doctors as leaders needs to be linked to appropriate incentives and career structures, and reward and recognition for those taking on leadership roles."
